Retail Operations Executive (Facilities Management)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement building preventive, maintenance and M&E plant and equipment maintenance programmes
  • Review contract specifications such as cleaning, security and make recommendations of upgrading standards
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property (e.g. common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade)
  • Build good rapport with tenants by attending to their enquiries (vet/submit recommendations on tenants' fit-out works)
  • Perform the duties of a Fire Safety Manager
  • Review the existing Standard Operation Procedures as well as prepare performance and budget reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently
  • Fire Safety Manager certification will be advantageous
