Senior Sales Manager (Rendezvous Cluster)


  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients in accordance to Geographical Territorydistribution. To achieve monthly s ales targets assigned.
  • Building long term business relationship with Corporate Clients by providing consistent sales services, telephone sales, visits, follow up on inquiries and rapport building through corporate entertainment.
  • Be a hotel spokesman in terms of professionalism, through proper grooming, conduct and ability to present the hotels’ product and services effectively.
  • Presenting Account Portfolio on a quarterly basis and analysis on performance of each account. Ability to communicate effectively, internally (within the inter depts.) and externally.
  • Minimum 20 quality sales contact per week, including sales visits, site inspection and entertainment.
  • Handle Inquiries and follow through, managing communication within the hotel and with clients. Manage corporate meetings, corporate banquet events, residential and non-residential meeting groups.
  • Familiarization with work process and approval process for rate management of corporate accounts, credit application and etc.


  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing;
  • Relevant corporate room sales experience in the Hospitality industry with proven sales track record; Regional Sales Office experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, result-oriented individual and a team player with strong business acumen;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong network;
  • Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills.
