Senior Cook

Responsibilities

  • Cook and plate food items accurately to specifications
  • Monitor and complete par level of mise-en-place and food items after each meal period
  • Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, tidy and organized
  • Ensure proper hygiene practices and storage methods are followed at all times
  • Assist in daily purchasing and receiving of goods
  • Assist in monthly inventory counts and recording of food wastage

Requirements

  • N-Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work 6 days rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
