Sales Consultant (Residential Sales)

As Singapore’s largest private property developer and residential landlord, the group’s wide array of housing options seek to serve the extensive needs of buyers and investors as well as the expatriate and local communities looking for long-term stays. The Sales Consultant is responsible for the sales and marketing of Far East properties, contributing to the individual, department, and organization sales targets. This is delivered with a strong network of customer and agent relationship, including discovering and pursuing new sales prospect, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
About the Role 
  • Generate client leads to market and sell properties through networking, site visits and project viewings 
  • Build positive, long lasting value-based relationships with property agents and customers
  • Stay abreast of real estate markets and best practices through trade journals, relevant literature and attend events, seminars and association
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call calling, prospecting reports and weekly work plans
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new project launches
  • Conduct all sales administration in compliance with statutory and company regulations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

About You

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent discipline with preferably at least 2 years of sales experience
  • Strong agent and clients’ network will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong passion in sales
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and articulate
  • Possess good negotiation skill
  • Good understanding of, and interest in the local property market, and the process of buying and selling property
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance
  • Due to the nature of the industry and job requirements, you may be rostered to work on weekends and statutory holidays
