PR & Corporate Branding Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support on the integrated comms for the Real Estate Business Unit and the Corporate Brand, ensuring communications and activities are in line with corporate and stakeholders’ strategy.
  • Develop and implement media relations strategy including spokesperson training, media engagement, and public communications plan linked to business initiatives.
  • Address public queries and issues for the Real Estate Business Unit and the Corporate Brand.
  • Nurture media relations, and manage external speaking opportunities, awards and programmes. 
  • Develop and implement crisis preparedness and issue management training programmes.
  • Manage incident, including identifying the strategic approach to communicate to key audience and drafting of holding statements, FAQ and briefing documents.
  • Work with agencies on brand advertising campaigns and related media buys.
  • Craft and update corporate brand guidelines, and act as advisory for the Corporate Brand.
  •  Lead in brand strategy development which includes the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition.
  • Support in PR monitoring and measurement for the Real Estate Business Unit and the Corporate Brand, including timely preparation and distribution of reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A degree in Public Relations, Media Management or equivalent
  • At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in multinational companies or real estate industry.
  • Experience working in a role equivalent to PR Manager either on the client side or agency, and in utilising traditional and new tools to maximise media coverage and awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor the communication style to the brand, audience and situation.
  • Monitor incidents proactively, with confidence and strong ability to advise and navigate during a crisis or an emergency
  • Good leadership skill and good negotiation skill with ability to manage business partners to drive business outcomes.
