Lease Admin

Responsibilities

  • Support in the management of leases which includes preparing, checking and stamping of lease documents
  • Ensure proper documentation, archival and implementation of processes for smooth operation of lease management activities
  • Maintain tenancy details in SAP and other databases to support relevant stakeholders in management reporting, payment and arrears management
  • Assist in the implementation of digitalisation and process improvements projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP will be advantageous
