Guest Service Executive (Village Residence Clarke Quay)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Business Centre and Breakfast operations
  • In charge of breakfast daily set-up and ordering of food items
  • Manage meeting rooms booking.
  • Handle tenants & clients’ complaints, inquiries, comments and initiate appropriate action and follow up
  • Maintains cleanliness and usability of equipment in Business Centre, Business Lounge, Service Office Pantry and all related Breakfast Operations
  • Report, log and follow up on all the Business Centre Equipment maintenance and operational problems
  • Responsible for Delivery Orders and Invoices submitted timely.
  • Responsible in sorting out incoming mails, documents and packages on behalf of tenants
  • Perform check-in & check-out for Serviced Office tenants.
  • Able to handle challenging situations.
  • Assisting Leasing team in organising events for Serviced Office tenants
  • Responsible in sending circulars to Serviced Office Tenants

 

Requirements

  • Willing to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
