F&B Captain

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests graciously with eye contact, smile and good posture
  • Provide prompt and excellent customer service to guests
  • Recommend and upsell menu items as well as advise guests on any ongoing promotions
  • Anticipate and comply with the needs of guests and meet daily operation needs
  • Ensure that inventory stock-take is done consistently and accurately

Requirements

  • N-Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work 6 days rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
