Director of F&B (Sentosa)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain brand signatures and brand standards across all Food & Beverage operations.
  • Review and update the policies, standards and guidelines as required.
  • Focus on innovation ensuring the product offering is up to date and appeals to the market.
  • Initiate and lead ongoing improvement projects.
  • Identify, execute and implement promotions, strategies and special events in conjunction with Sales & Marketing.
  • Lead and manage Food & Beverage projects from end-to-end.
  • Influence and drive Food & Beverage performance across the balance scorecard; financial, guest satisfaction, team engagement & quality assurance.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of training.
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/ Business management desirable
  • Extensive experience in hotels Food & Beverage operations at an executive level.
  • Strong project management skills, previously managed F&B concepts projects end-to-end.
  • Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Capability of developing and monitoring brand signatures, brand standards and operating procedures.
