Chef De Partie


  • Ensure that food items are cooked and plated accurately to specifications
  • Mentor and train junior staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle and set up all kitchen stations for daily operations
  • Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, tidy and organized
  • Ensure proper hygiene practices and storage methods are followed at all times
  • Cultivate a cohesive and collaborative culture
  • Purchase goods according to established par level
  • Report all items of interest to Back-of-House In-charge
  • Supervise team to complete ad-hoc duties


  • NITEC or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Willing to work 6 days rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
