Business Centre Manager (Woods Square)

Leads and manages the Business Centre to ensure high satisfaction in usage by building good relationships with Occupiers in Woods Square. The   incumbent is expected to manage the Business Centre effectively within budgets and maintain good relationships with staff and customers of the Business Centre.



    • Manage maintenance and upkeep of Business Centre
    • Manage all business centre billing and expenses
    • Ensure bookings and usage are properly executed
    • Handle guest complaints, inquiries, comments and initiate appropriate action and follow up
    • Maintains cleanliness and usability of equipment in Business Centre
    • Troubleshoot issues by consulting blueprints, schematics, and other sources as necessary
    • Respond to company’s maintenance and emergency needs
    • Report, log and follow up on all the Business Centre Equipment maintenance and operational problems
    • Coordinate efforts across maintenance staff to make sure all tasks are completed timely
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
    • Stock and order all necessary Business Centre/ Library Items on a weekly basis or when necessary
    • Answer all incoming calls promptly with a pleasant tone of voice
    • Organise community events for employees and other occupiers of Woods Square


    • Degree with 1-year experience or Diploma with 2 years’ experience in administration or related fields
    • Good communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Organized and meticulous, experience in hospitality/customer service will be an advantage
    • Good interpersonal skills (service minded, confident in engaging others in a professional manner)
