Assistant Manager, Retail Operations (Facilities Management)


  • Manage P&L and operations of the retail property assigned
  • Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance and preserve the asset value of the retail property assigned
  • Ensure uninterrupted operations of all essential services (utilities, air conditioning, fire protection and security)
  • Ensure the team is trained and conversant in the maintenance and operations of fire and life safety systems
  • Ensure all service and preventive maintenance programs are carried out regularly and effectively
  • Manage and maintain good tenant relationships
  • Build good rapport with tenants by attending to their enquiries (vet/submit recommendations on tenants' fit-out works)
  • Prepare budget, forecast and management reports as well as competitor analysis reports


  • Degree in Real Estate or Property Management
  • Fire Safety Manager certification
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in property, retail and/or tenant management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, energetic and passionate to drive initiatives
