Assistant Manager, Customer Management

Responsibilities:


• Support in developing customer strategy for our real estate business to build customer loyalty.
• Develop, implement and oversee customer engagement programmes and events.
• Propose Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide training support.
• Develop and drive customer engagement monitoring and measurement, including timely preparation and distribution of reports to stakeholders.
• Provide support in other new customer initiatives.


Requirements:


• Degree or Diploma
• Min 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer engagement role using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor unique customer engagement programmes and events to build a strong brand.
• Experience in executing customer engagement programmes and events, with strong ability to troubleshoot issues.
