Assistant Director of Sales

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with daily operation in sales and marketing department, as well as meeting the Departments Sales budget.
  • Build long term business relationship with Corporate Clients by providing consistent sales services, telephone sales, visits, follow up on inquiries and rapport building through corporate entertainment.
  • Monitor performances of sales and support staff. Review workflow, quality of work and work output of the team with DOSM
  • Present Account Portfolio on a quarterly basis and analysis on performance of each account and to achieve monthly sales target assigned
  • Lead and motivate sales team, joint sales call and inspection with Sales Managers, attend to trouble accounts.
  • Manage corporate meetings, corporate banquet events, residential and non-residential meeting groups.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Acute business acumen with the ability to lead teams and drive results
  • Positive attitude, team player
