Manager, HR Business Partner (Hospitality)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, structures and processes, and in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Analyse trends and metrics to develop people solutions, programmes and policies.
- Help business leaders to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards and business requirements.
- Provide advice to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions etc), and work with management and employees to build a highly engaged workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
- 6 to 8 years of experience in HR
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including workforce planning and talent acquisition, compensation practices, employee relations, performance management and labour regulations.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; be able to interact with employees at all levels.
- Self-directed and motivated.
