Manager, Group Administration

Responsibilities

  1. Identify emerging trends impacting the workplace, stay updated and drive adoption of industry best practices and compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Manage all office administration matters and business centre operations. 
  3. Review existing processes and workflows, identify new approaches to redesign and optimise performance, quality and speed to improve stakeholder / customer experience.
  4. Negotiate contracts and/or service level agreements with service providers and suppliers, evaluate and manage supplier performance and fulfilment of agreed-upon service level agreements.
  5. Manage costs and rationalise operating budget for cost efficiency and expense reduction.
  6. Manage overseas properties, including sourcing for and liaising with appointed property management service providers.
  7. Maintain and catalogue organisation’s art collections and inventory list.
  8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Degree from recognised institution; additional certification in Business Process Reengineering will be an added advantage.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in managing operations / administration related matters, with supervisory experience.
  3. Competent in process improvement methodologies and experience in driving process improvements and SOP documentation.
  4. Experience in property management (local & overseas) will be an added advantage.
