Linen Attendant (The Clan Hotel)

Responsibilities

• Replacing guest laundry, washing linens, replenishing amenities and cleaning guest rooms in accordance with the property’s established standards.
• Assist in the sorting and issuing of staff uniforms to employees and maintains uniform records/
• Responsible for restocking, checking and assembling supplies and inventory.
• Ensure the delivery of clean uniforms towels and linens to all internal and external clients.
• Handle all guests’ requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• Able to perform rotating shifts and 6 days work week
• Able to work under pressure and detail oriented
• Able to converse in Basic English for effective communication between guests and colleagues
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
