Manager, Digital Marketing


  • Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and events to promote brand and properties for sales and lease – including residential, commercial, industrial and medical properties
  • Develop cohesive and distinctive marketing, advertising and communication materials for sales, leasing, retention and engagement purposes. 
  • Responsible for day to day digital and social media activities including planning, uploading campaigns, optimization, and reporting; media planning, buying and execution; trafficking and reporting of media campaigns; and support in the development of media strategies and proposals.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Build strategic partnership, soliciting co-promotional relationships with external partners and aggregators sites
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with property agents and their agencies through regular communications and activities
  • Manage and track marketing budget
  • Manage day-to-day function of the department, providing supervision to staff and report directly to Head of Marketing



  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in multinational companies or real estate industry.
  • A flair for copywriting, an eye for creative layout and visualisation.
  • Possess strong media buying knowledge and have experience working with media agencies, covering print, OOH, digital and social media channels.  
  • Well versed with digital (SEO/SEM/Programmatic/DCO) and social media platforms, and able to deliver robust leads acquisition campaigns with detailed tracking and optimisation to improve sales leads and conversion success.
