Assistant Manager, Corporate Affairs (Public Relations)

  1. Implement effective PR campaigns and strategies for key launches, including pitching of stories. Strategies public communication plans to support key business initiatives.
  2. Foster relationships with key media contacts and influencers to drive and influence media coverage and exposure. Ideate press engagement events, media junkets, media tasting sessions, and creating exciting and unique media engagement activities.
  3. Manage media queries and interview requests jointly with team lead and respective business units to promote or protect the reputation of the Organization. Scope includes drafting of holding statements, speeches, FAQ and briefing documents.
  4. Support the development or enhancement of the issues and crisis preparedness / management framework; and lead issues management.
  5. Ensure good corporate governance and tone of voice for assets developed for business groups, include corporate collateral, presentations, and digital assets and activities such as spokesperson media training.
  6. Build corporate brand through award submissions and create publicity opportunities through award wins.
  7. Lead in PR monitoring and measurement - monitor, analyse and communicate PR measurement.
  8. Ability to manage external PR agencies to drive business outcomes.


  1. Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications or related fields
  2. At least 5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications / crisis communications or related fields.
  3. Skilled communicator; excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  4. Fast and eager learner with the ability to solve problems independently
  5. Strong presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to engage diverse audiences with ease 
  6. Team player who values building strong working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels within the organization and with external vendors
  7. Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage
