Sales Manager, Residential Sales

Responsibilities

As a Residential Sales manager, you will lead a team of sales consultants and be responsible for the sales and marketing of Far East properties, contributing to the individual, department, and organization sales targets. This is delivered with a strong network of customer and agent relationship, including discovering and pursuing new sales prospect, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The Sales Manager shall report to the Deputy/ General Manager and his or her responsibilities will include:
 
About the Role
  • Market and sell residential properties to prospective buyers through cold calling, networking with agents, conducting site visits and viewing, negotiation, reviewing of sales option documents.  
  • Pursue sales leads of strategic importance to the organization. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate sales and achieve high-quality buyer profiles. 
  • Responsible for the professional conduct of all sales-related functions at show flats/sales galleries which include attending to sales enquires of prospective buyers diligently, telemarketing and converting them to sales transactions.  
  • Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities, communicate and present professionally. Build value-based customer and agent relationships. 
  • Conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions for all staff in the function. Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets.  
  • Responsible for and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales targets  
  • Proactive in giving feedback on all sales matters and offer market updates regularly to the Head of Function. 
  • Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to in carrying out the responsibilities 

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or equivalent discipline 
  • Minimally with 5-10 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry doing Property Sales, with management/ leadership experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills with strong passion in sales
  • Resourceful - strong agent and clients’ network preferred
  • Self-motivated, team player, result oriented individual
  • Good understanding of, and interest in the local property market, and the process of buying and selling property
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance
  • Due to the nature of the industry and job requirements, you will be rostered to work on weekends and statutory holidays
