Assistant Manager, Sales Administration (Paralegal)

Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager, Sales Administration shall report to the Director, Sales Admin or any other person designated by the Management.
 
As a Sales Administration Assistant Manager, your responsibilities include:
  • Handling options to purchase, processing documentation of Sales & Purchase Agreement and any other administrative aspects of the conveyance of properties
  • Handling complaints and enquiries from both existing and prospective purchasers
  • Handling matters relating to management corporations of buildings
  • Managing billings, collections, claims and litigious matters
  • Drafting of letters and clauses for sales promotions, incentives, and schemes
  • Being responsible in setting up and ensure statutory compliance of getting up developments ready for sales launching and other related matters
  • Managing the conveyancing aspects of sale and purchase of new development sites and to attend meetings, inspections, discussions and liaise with internal and external parties
  • Any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
  • Process half yearly archiving of closed tenancy files for disposal
 
The scope of duties and responsibilities may be enlarged or reduced at the Management’s discretion, depending on the requirements of the department and Management’s assessment of your performance. 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimally 5 years of relevant experience. Good understanding of subsidiary legal matters or experience as a paralegal or legal project manager. An experience in real estate will be advantageous.
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, and organized
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • General knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
