Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Promote and initiate the sales and lease of properties through cold calling, phone messaging and emails
  • Qualify leads into prospects and set up appointments for them with the sales consultants
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve customers’ enquiries and drive customer satisfaction
  • Update customer data and PDPA consents into CRM system
  • Recruit property agents to market, sell and lease properties
  • Stay up to date on the properties and market trends, and share customers’ feedback
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant telesales and/or sales experience
  • Resourceful in building a strong network of potential customers and/or property agents
  • Ability to qualify leads into prospects and appointments with the sales consultants
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills to build rapport with customers over the phone
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and CRM system
  • Proficient in English and a second language preferably
  • Good knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance
