Sales and Operations Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales and marketing plans to acquire new B2B & B2C customers and drive collaboration with partners
  • Explore new business opportunities and generate leads for the laundry business.
  • Facilitate discussions to develop strategies and plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Work with management team to develop sales proposals.
  • Implement sales programs, promotions, and strategies.
  • Explore the business needs for each key target customer
  • Prepare and conduct sales pitch and close target customers
  • Responsible for brand promotion
  • Prepare weekly reports on activities and results for the management team
  • Stay current on industry trends and new or innovative solutions
  • Identify and recommend effective solutions to customers
  • Perform Data Analytics and maintain necessary records for future reference
  • Prepare sales agreements and administrate billing discrepancies, rewash and refunds where necessary

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or any related field with minimum 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing or business development.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities, developing, and executing marketing plans.
  • Experience in communicating and presenting to Senior Management Team
  • Interest in Sales, Technology and Digital solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Positive and self-motivated with excellent Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of the laundry industry will be advantageous
