Property Executive

Responsibilities

  • Carry out all work and duties in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Coordinate, prepare and set up budgets, documents, contracts and processes for operations of assigned developments
  • Oversee appointed service providers
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Process payments
  • Submit reports and recommendations to ensure the daily operations of the assigned developments run smoothly
  • Draft and/or vet all outgoing correspondences, notices, circulars, letters, minutes of meetings
  • Maintain and update all checklists and reports in accordance to the SOP
  • Execute proper handover to the Management Corporations of building plans, manuals, contracts and warranties
  • Coordinate and convene General Meetings of Management Corporations in accordance to the SOP and relevant statutes
  • Manage residents’ and Management Corporations’ requests and feedback on the management, maintenance and defects
  • Carry out all instructions, duties and/or assignments tasked by the Manager/Assistant Manager

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Estate Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure
