Marketing Executive (Sales & Leasing Group)

Responsibilities

You will be part of the Marketing Team in charge of generating leads to drive growth for our respective business units. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will support the team in the planning, execution, and review of marketing strategies that will drive lead generation and business impact. You will be expected to brainstorm creative ideas and be hands-on in driving marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Marketing strategy: Support on ideation, planning, design, and development of marketing strategies and campaigns. Implement a full-funnel strategy to acquire leads and seek leads at across the entire property buying and leasing journey.
  • Business unit roadmaps: Support in the development of business unit roadmaps to drive the growth of each business unit; develop high potential new channels to reach untapped audiences and capture more high-value leads.
  • Content creation: Work with internal and external design partners to conceptualise creative content, campaigns, and activations. Ability to craft clear and strategic creative brief.
  • Event management: Organise and assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral. Station at events to ensure successful execution and lead post-event report development.
  • Management of systems: Support in the development and execution of the new system roadmap and improvement of the features to achieve internal (i.e. inhouse systems) and external (i.e. external portals) objectives. Ensure system requirements, milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Channel partnerships: Liaise directly with other Business Units on promotions and offers for tenants to be featured in an inhouse app; managing and updating content for events, marketing bulletin, and promotions.
  • Attribution and tracking: Ensure full-tunnel tracking (via online and offline methods) and leads attribution to monitor and analyse performance on lead volume, cost per lead, and performance down the funnel.
  • Data analysis and automation: Support in the automation of existing data reports tracking marketing performance. Learn from qualitative and quantitative feedback, behavioural measurements, experimental findings, and other data sources to build better experiences.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Possess relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry (3-4 years’ experience)
  • A flair for copywriting, an eye for creative layout and visualization
  • Able to produce clear creative brief and work with creative agencies to develop quality creative assets that are aligned with our corporate identity and brand positioning.
  • Familiar with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, copywriting, pay-per-click campaigns, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis.
  • Good understanding of digital landscape and ability to execute digital advertising and campaigns on key aggregator sites.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Docs, especially with Excel/ Sheets
