Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing


  • Plan and execute Search and Display/Programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns, and assess against goals across the conversion funnel from impressions to sales.
  • Present campaign results to stakeholders
  • Work with agency to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, Social Media and display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective digital campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords / Search 360 campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong powerpoint skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Knowledge of dashboarding solutions like tableau, Datorama and Data Studio would be advantageous
