F&B Supervisor (Village Hotel Sentosa)

Job Expectations

  • Review banquet event orders and follow up on customers' special requests.
  • Present menu and explain menu items as well as daily specials to customers.
  • Familiarise with the wine and beverage service including glassware used and appropriate garnishes.
  • Utilise the hotel’s computer system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks and complete closing readings.
  • Any other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • O-Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Banquet
