Senior Retail Marketing Manager (Digital)

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital marketing strategies and plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email social media and display advertising.
  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Provide leadership to Digital Marketing team
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the data insights
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Engage campaign marketing team to ensure consistency of message, alignment of goal for a complete customer experience O2O.
  • Work with supporting teams (Group IT – Digital Lab) and external vendors for the enhancement of the application
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Manage and track marketing budget

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience
  • Good hands-on experience in leading and managing campaigns, CRM programs, and social media marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of reports in Excel, Google Data Studio, Facebook Ad Manager, etc
