Senior Retail Marketing Manager (Digital)
Responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing strategies and plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email social media and display advertising.
- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Provide leadership to Digital Marketing team
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the data insights
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Engage campaign marketing team to ensure consistency of message, alignment of goal for a complete customer experience O2O.
- Work with supporting teams (Group IT – Digital Lab) and external vendors for the enhancement of the application
- Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
- Manage and track marketing budget
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience
- Good hands-on experience in leading and managing campaigns, CRM programs, and social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of reports in Excel, Google Data Studio, Facebook Ad Manager, etc
