Revenue Management Executive (Serviced Residences)

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies for Online Travel Agencies (OTA)
  • Provide in-depth analysis of the OTA business relevant in driving the mid to long-term strategic direction for OTA.
  • Secure, work with, and optimise our distribution with new OTA partners.
  • Work with existing OTA partners in optimizing production
  • To work with marketing / marcom team on driving OTA content. Work with properties on improving OTA reviews.
  • To work with marketing team on a sustainable, holistic, marketing plan that will tie in together the OTA strategies
  • Implement channel manager strategies
  • To work on improving the brand website production. Work with marketing / digital team to drive brand website production.
  • To complete the regular reports required
  • Review and compile annual budget submissions.
  • To cover the duty of the Assistant Revenue Manager in his or her absence
  • Include any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management specialising in Revenue Management preferred.
  • At least 1 -2 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
