HR Resourcing Partner (Property Business)
Responsibilities
- Full spectrum of recruitment process – posting of vacancies, reviewing resumes, short-listing, and conducting interviews with the hiring manager
- Follow up with the necessary processes and documentation after securing the new hire
- Update recruitment tracking data and preparation of ad-hoc employee reports as & when required
- Check credentials and references and schedule follow-up interviews
- Partner HRBP to develop talent pipelines
- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, and employee referrals
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Resourceful – a self-starter who takes initiative
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Effective communicator
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
