HR Resourcing Partner (Property Business)

Responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of recruitment process – posting of vacancies, reviewing resumes, short-listing, and conducting interviews with the hiring manager
  • Follow up with the necessary processes and documentation after securing the new hire
  • Update recruitment tracking data and preparation of ad-hoc employee reports as & when required
  • Check credentials and references and schedule follow-up interviews
  • Partner HRBP to develop talent pipelines
  • Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, and employee referrals

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Resourceful – a self-starter who takes initiative
  • Good writing and presentation skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
