Reservation Sales Executive


  • Handle reservations for all clients including online travel agents, internal and ad-hocs hotline bookings
  • Liaise with bookers and hotels/sales to ensure smooth pre-arrival experience
  • Ensure proper handling and closure of hotel reservations
  • Input and update reservations, record special requests/ changes and arrange for arrival and departure transfers
  • Ensure timeliness of replies and accuracy of reservations forms through answer calls, reply emails and faxes
  • Send extension check emails to corporate clients and ensure a reply within the deadline
  • Prepare and send confirmation letters to guests
  • Keep proper filing and recording of all correspondences
  • Adhere to and support hotel related policies and procedures


  • Diploma
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience or in Front Office/Customer Service Operations
  • Willing to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
