HR Resourcing Partner (Hospitality)

Responsibilities

  • Manage entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, conduct reference checks and extend employment offers.
  • Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires
  • Partner government agencies and/or associations, for participation in career fairs and recruitment talks to increase outreach to potential candidates and to build up brand awareness
  • Establish relationships with institutions to build talent pipeline
  • Manage search firms and agencies and ensure vendor performance metrics are monitored.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends and labour laws.
  • Able to manage volume and mass recruitment.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and any other administrative duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a specialisation in Human Resources or an equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Meticulous and well-organised by nature
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
