HR Resourcing Partner (Hospitality)
Responsibilities
- Manage entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, conduct reference checks and extend employment offers.
- Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires
- Partner government agencies and/or associations, for participation in career fairs and recruitment talks to increase outreach to potential candidates and to build up brand awareness
- Establish relationships with institutions to build talent pipeline
- Manage search firms and agencies and ensure vendor performance metrics are monitored.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends and labour laws.
- Able to manage volume and mass recruitment.
- Handle ad hoc projects and any other administrative duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a specialisation in Human Resources or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
- Meticulous and well-organised by nature
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
