Manager - Assistant Vice President, Business Development
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying opportunities to promote and grow Far East Hospitality’s businesses within the regional source markets and key gateway cities through development alliances and partnerships.
- Conduct competitor and market research; produce presentations/reports for new projects as required
- Update pitch materials e.g. brochures, website. Assist in producing proposals/RFP responses to pitch for new projects
- Assist with financial projection for new/potential projects. Vet legal documentation for hotel management deals, when required
- Assist in achieving financial performance in line with company’s objectives
- Support management in executing strategy and other key deliverables
- File legal and admin documents as safekeeping. Preparation of quarterly Board Meeting presentation
- Research and preparation of other high-level events and/or reports
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Analyst and interns of department
- Provide support in general office admin work
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of business development with a proven track record in the transaction of deals, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and project-planning skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines,
- High level of independence and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and project management skills
