Assistant Manager, Loyalty Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Srategize and design roadmap to grow and future-proof the membership programme, from data management and enrichment to marketing technology and member experience
  • Plan and execute multi-market initiatives, both digital and offline, to acquire and engage members
  • Develop email programs, create email content, perform database segmentation and run regular A/B tests to drive return stays
  • Analyse performance of membership growth and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other email deliverability tools
  • Provide governance and training to internal stakeholders, where necessary, on the membership programme

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in loyalty programme management, email marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) will be advantageous
  • Demonstrates strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
