Responsibilities

  • Manage hotlines and provide quality customer service throughout customer’s journey
  • Handle and resolve enquiries professionally and efficiently, providing necessary information professionally via telephone, or SMS and/or emails post-call
  • Promote and initiate the sales and lease of properties through various prospecting activities (i.e. cold calling, invitation to events, SMS blast, emails blast)
  • Recruitment of property agents to market FEO properties
  • Ensure compliance to all company regulations and statutory requirements

Requirements

  • Min. ‘O’ levels or equivalent, with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in call centre environment
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking customers
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM will be advantageous
  • Self-motivated and service-oriented attitude
  • Good knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance
